PRODUCTION PROCESS CONTROL

As far as possible, with the cooperation of the production sites, our activity covers the entire production process.

We try to keep an eye on all stages, from cooking to packaging and of course the cleaning lines.

Knowing your technical specifications, we can try to correct and report the situation promptly. Our work is focused on achieving the target yield of the raw material, as well as maintaining the standards of cleanliness and the detection of defects in the processes (defective cooking or misting, water accumulation inside the loins, adequacy of packaging, crumb accumulation...).
